Rollin' Green Rentals LLC provides mobile golf simulator rental services for private and corporate events in Eastern MA and Southern NH. Our services include delivery, setup, on-site staffing, and breakdown of our simulator equipment.
2. Bookings and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until full payment is received. By completing payment you agree to the terms outlined in our Event Rental Agreement, which will be sent to you separately for review and signature prior to your event.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancel 7+ days before your event: full refund
- Cancel 3–6 days before your event: 50% refunded
- Cancel less than 48 hours before your event: no refund
- If we cancel due to weather and indoor relocation is not possible: full refund or free reschedule
4. Use of Our Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including our logo, text, images, and design — is the property of Rollin' Green Rentals LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rollin' Green Rentals LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees you paid for your event.

Use of our golf simulator equipment involves inherent physical risks. All participants are required to sign a Liability Waiver prior to use. By booking our services, the Client accepts responsibility for ensuring all guests sign the required waiver.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites such as Jotform and Stripe. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
